MY VISION FOR UNPLUGGED:
I really want each Unplugged to be a casual, intimate evening of music, scripture and peace.
It's open to rockhills people but mainly for the creative and spiritual sanity for all singers and musicians alike.
Less about structure and format of Sunday mornings.
More about connecting as people and bringing our gifts and talents before God without ego getting in the way.
Keeping it simple.
Keyboards can "plug in" but no microphones or guitar amps please.
Hand drums can be played but with a soft touch.
Emphasis on intimacy.
I want to hear the voices, the lyrics, the songs with little distraction.
Prayer and scripture reading are encouraged through out the night.
Keep it 2 hours

And we've been having it on Thursday nights as to not interfere with gig nights on the weekends.

I'm looking forward to it! I missed the last "unplugged" at Roy's house, so I'm glad I can make this one! WOW... I haven't been on the Lounge in a LONG time! Glad my log-in still worked! :) See y'all soon!
