Check out Heifer International @ www.heifer.org

You can give a Heifer, Geese, Ducks, Goats, and other livestock to families that can then use them to provide nourishment on a regular basis.

I need the name of the person in charge of the program we're doing getting Christmas gifts for kids from Eisenhower.  I know the wonderful lady had her name on the paper I took from church a couple of weeks ago but I've lost that paper.  Anyone know who I contact?

Check out justsourced.com they have a daily deal like groupon, but it is all fair trade items, and they give the background of each item they offer (and the deal doesn't affect how much the artisans are paid).
