Schedule for July Sound: Michael/Jason (bigtime training), Visuals: Jorge/Jaques (training 1st week supervised running the last 3 weeks), Video: Jeremiah/Christian (training 1st week supervised running last 3 weeks) I encourage all sound techs to spend as much time as possible watching and asking question of jason before he moves. We will be hard pressed to replace the knowledge he has. Hate to see you go. Any time you want to fill in feel free to let me know. you can stay at my place that way I can be sure you will show up ontime.

It was partially timing, the service ran late, that pushes everything back further. Then it became a scramble. Second issue was the carts. With no carts in the room, things were getting broken down, but not put away, I'm trying to brainstorm alternatives for carts. We had great hang out time in the lobby, and John didn't want to break that up, so the carts didn't make it into the theater until much later, especially since the service ran long. We could take them in through the exterior exit, stage left, we could very politely "split" the crowd and get them into the theater, we could figure out a system to "stage" everything until the carts make it there. I have one other cart idea I'm working on, I'll let you know if I can pull it together.
