So two weeks of transformation on my new eating regimen and working out with P90X is working! I met with Simon Toozoff, my nutritionist, yesterday to do my full weigh in and measurements. After two weeks, I've lost 5 pounds of fat and gained 1 pound of muscle. My body fat has gone from 42.4lbs to 37.1lbs. My body fat % is now down to 18.4%, that's down from 20.6%. My lean body mass has gone from 163.41 to 164.6, so I've gained over a pound of muscle in the first two weeks!
Things have started moving in the right direction. I'll start doing weekly updates to keep everyone updated.
